This notice explains the cookies and similar technologies unbook uses, and how you can control them. It forms part of our Privacy Policy.
Essential cookies (always on)
These are needed for the site to work and cannot be turned off without breaking functionality. They include a session cookie when you sign in or save a case, and a short-lived cookie used to complete the payment flow. They are not used for advertising or tracking you across other sites.
Analytics
- Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how people use the site (for example which pages are viewed and where the flow drops off). It sets cookies and collects usage and device data. We enable IP anonymisation. Google may process this data, including in the United States.
- Cloudflare analytics. We use Cloudflare's privacy-focused analytics for aggregate traffic and performance metrics.
We do not use third-party advertising cookies, and we do not sell your data.

How to opt out
- Install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on to stop Google Analytics across all sites.
- Use your browser's settings to block or delete cookies for this site - this stops the analytics cookies above. Essential cookies must stay on or the site will not work properly.
- Browsing in private/incognito mode limits what is stored on your device.
Blocking analytics cookies will not affect your ability to analyse a notice or buy a dispute pack.
